DEZOC sells physical home and living products intended for personal, non-commercial use. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or display differences and do not constitute defects.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. DEZOC reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities purchased per customer

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout

• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice

Payment must be successfully authorized and captured before an order enters processing.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3–4 business days

• Orders ship within the United States only

• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after shipment

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within one (1) working day, provided they have not entered processing. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

DEZOC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Exchanges are permitted subject to product availability. Returns for change of mind or preference are not accepted.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information

• Use products as intended and according to instructions

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Montana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
