Shipping Coverage

DEZOC currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Orders may be canceled or modified within one (1) working day provided they have not entered processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. DEZOC does not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Carriers

DEZOC ships orders using trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Or equivalent regional carriers

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, package size, and service availability. Customers cannot select a specific carrier.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $1.99 USD

Free Shipping

  • Orders $50 or more: Free standard shipping

Shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes. All shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to activate

  • Tracking status updates are provided directly by the carrier

If tracking shows limited movement or β€œLabel Created” status for an extended period, customers may contact DEZOC support for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

DEZOC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If a shipment is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or confirmed lost by the carrier, DEZOC will review the case and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis, which may include a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Customers should first:

  • Check the delivery location and surrounding areas

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or building management

If the package remains missing, DEZOC will initiate a carrier investigation.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos of:

  • External packaging

  • Internal packaging

  • Product damage

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.

Partial or Missing Items

If an order arrives incomplete or missing items, customers must notify DEZOC immediately. We will investigate packing records and carrier documentation to resolve the issue promptly.

Carrier Responsibility & Limitation

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery. DEZOC will assist customers with investigations but is not liable for carrier delays beyond reasonable control.
